The INSERTER 3000 has been developed with new state-of-the-art features pointed to the creation of high quality personalized cards. The INSERTER 3000 will affix the card(s) quickly and easily to a card carrier which can be personalized in real time using the laser printer. Card printing systems like the INSERTER 3000 can operate in stand-alone or in-line configuration with other PRO SERIES machines to offer the most complete and flexible solution from complete personalization of a card, affixing it to a carrier, inserting and enveloping with all necessary attachments, ready for distribution.

Personalized Carrier Printing

The personalization options of the card carrier are extremely important in order to meet every customer’s individual requirements. The INSERTER 3000 can be configured with three different commercial laser printers:

INSERTER 3000 WORKS AT A SPEED OF 1400 CARD FOR HOUR, USING UNTIL 4 A4 SHEET FOLDED "Z" AND C6 LONG ENVELOPES.

Folding and Inserting Attachments and Enveloping

The INSERTER 3000 can be configured with three different enveloping stations:

The Vario and Maximailer are equipped with LCD control panels and attachment feed trays for maximum flexibility.

Multicard 2006: Unique Card Management Software

Easy-to-use, extremely flexible and with a variety of mailing configurations: all this due to the new MULTICARD 2006 software.

Variable card affixing placement position on carrier: every card can have a different position on the carrier.

Text, image, specialized logo management that is variable from carrier to carrier.

Data match check: automatic letter-card match verification (by reading the barcode printed on the carrier); card sequence check before affixing on carrier.

With the LINKWARE option, the INSERTER 3000 can operate in-line with up to 5 other PRO SERIES machines to perform an end to end production process from card personalization to mailing.
